Delivery & collection
Every listing shows its delivery method and cost up front — parcel courier for consumer lots, pallet freight for trade orders, or collection from the seller. Here is how each route works across the UK.

B2B lots sold by the pallet or as whole lots move on pallet networks or seller-arranged haulage. Listings state whether freight is seller-arranged, buyer-arranged, or ex-works, so trade buyers can price the landed cost before committing.
Some lots are collection-only from the seller’s premises. The listing shows the collection area and any collection deadline. Bring proof of purchase and suitable transport — chilled and frozen lots need temperature-controlled vehicles.
Standard coverage. Most listings deliver to all UK mainland postcodes at the price shown on the listing.
Some sellers apply a surcharge or extended lead time. Each listing states its zone policy before checkout.
Available on listings that enable the Northern Ireland zone. Food consignments may need additional labelling under current GB–NI rules.
Most listings are UK-only. Where a seller enables international delivery, it is shown explicitly on the listing.
