FAQ

Who can buy?

Anyone — households on public auctions, and verified businesses on B2B lots. The buy-stock form is for deal alerts; you still bid or buy on the live auctions.

How does WhatsApp work?

Two separate things. If you tick the WhatsApp box, we may send deal alerts to your number — withdraw any time through the contact page. The WhatsApp Channel is a public announcements Channel that you follow yourself; we cannot add you to it, and followers cannot see each other. We do not add people to open groups.

What are the anonymous deal rounds?

Some suppliers will only clear stock if nobody can tell it came from them, so we broker those lots ourselves rather than listing them on the public auction board. Anyone can see which lots are open. Verified business buyers bid for the whole lot against each other. You can see the leading total on the lot page and whether you are ahead, but never who else is bidding — and they cannot see you either. Bids are binding until the round closes, and there is a minimum raise so a round cannot be dragged out a penny at a time.

How do I get into the deal rounds?

Anyone can look at currently open lots. To place a bid, register as a business and get verified. Household accounts cannot bid on these lots — use public auctions, or join the buyer list below for alerts. Turn on deal alerts in your business account so you hear when a round opens.

Is there a fee to join?

No. Joining the buyer list and channel is free. You only pay when you win or buy a lot.
