Buyers ask what kind of stock actually comes through, and suppliers ask whether lots like theirs clear. The archive answers both without revealing anyone: a category, a pack format, a quantity band, a best-before window and the month it cleared. A supplier can ask us to remove a record at any time and it comes down; the page and its sitemap entry are gated on their current preference, not on a copy we keep.
